Terms of Service

General Rules and Conditions:

  • Attention! For any city transfer, the driver will be waiting for only 30 minutes after the pick-up time indicated in the booking. After 30 minutes, if a customer doesn't show up, the booking will be considered as a no-show.
  • For any airport pick-up, the driver will be waiting for 2 hours. Please inform us about any delay and a driver will wait longer. Otherwise, we will consider the request as a no-show.
  • Please note that our standard transfer includes one pick-up and one drop-off location. If you require additional pick up or drop off places, kindly inform us in advance. We'll be happy to assist and provide you with information on any extra charges associated with multiple pick-ups or drop-offs.
  • The driver can take a photo of you as evidence that he served you.
  • A short bathroom stop or multiple stops are possible during your journey. Please inform our driver if you need any stops. For sightseeing or shopping purposes along the way, there will be an additional charge based on the distance to the destination and the duration of your stop. If you anticipate the need for stops for sightseeing or shopping purposes, kindly inform us in advance.
  • If you need a baby seat, please inform us in advance. We can provide all types of seats from age 6 months to 12 years. The additional fee is 300 Baht/seat.
  • Pet-friendly (no farm animals), but please inform us in advance and use a pet carrier. An additional fee of 300 THB will be charged for bringing a pet inside the car.
  • Please inform us about any excessive baggage, over-sized equipment. Unordinary size or amount of luggage could incur extra charge without prior notice.
  • The company reserves its right to cancel the service or charge additional fees in case the booking is amended by the passenger without any notification in advance (change drop-off point location, number of passengers, etc.).
  • Any changes to bookings, excluding those that include Koh Samui and Koh Phangan (check rules for routes including ferry), are subject to availability. Please check with us in advance.

Routes with Ferry Transfers: Rules and Conditions:

  • Some routes involve ferry transportation. Please read the terms and conditions about the inclusion of ferry tickets.
  • For routes from/to **Koh Lanta** ferry tickets from/to Hua Hin pier for passengers are **INCLUDED**.
  • Check the ferry schedule with us. It may be subject to change.
  • For routes to/from **Koh Chang**, **Koh Samui**, and **Koh Phangan**, ferry tickets for passengers are **NOT INCLUDED**. There's no need to book them in advance; our driver will assist you with buying at the pier.
  • For routes to/from **Koh Samui**, **Koh Phangan**, we need to book a ferry ticket for our car in advance, as space for vehicles on ferries is limited. Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will deduct the cost of the ferry ticket from the prepaid amount. We will provide a receipt from the ferry company confirming our booking.
  • For routes to/from Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, we need to book a ferry ticket for our car in advance, as space for vehicles on ferries is limited. Please note: once a ferry ticket for a car has been booked (and a receipt from the ferry company provided), the pick-up time cannot be changed. If you still wish to make changes, you must cover the cost of a new ticket for our car, subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions:

  • You have multiple payment options available:
    • Pay by cash directly to the driver. This option depends on route. Check with us about this possibility.
    • Transfer funds to our bank account.
    • Use your credit card by clicking on the secured payment link we'll send you. Please note that 3.46% will be added as a transfer fee from Siam Pay payment system.
  • Full prepayment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.
  • For cash payments, cancellation is possible before 18:00 (local time/Bangkok) on the day prior to the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any additional charges. However, cancellations made after 18:00 (local time) will result in an additional charge of 500 THB.
  • Any changes to bookings, excluding those that include Koh Samui and Koh Phangan (check rules for routes including ferry), are subject to availability. Please check with us in advance.
